Why would you do that? If people don't want to hear kiais they can do it themselves if they find them annoying. Those who chose not to are obviously not bothered about certain kiais. If you hate the fact people use their sound items to import annoying sounds then simply go to options and lower your music. It's not rocket science!
If you have a kiai yourself you don't need to hear it for other people to hear it. You can mute your volume while other players may have not and besides, from what I have experienced, a lot of people like turning their music volume down or turning music off. I used to asked people if they liked my kiai sounds and they 75% would say 'I turned off music' or something similar to that.
So even if you like hearing kiais of your preference just mute them all to avoid hearing annoying kiais. And besides, what you find annoying other people may like. I used to have a section of a glitch hop track as a kiai and people said they loved it. I also had a women screaming everytime I got hit as a hit sound and nobody cared or they might have had music turned off.
Seems like people not supporting this just hate people using their sounds to import files which they would find annoying even though others may not be bothered. I would like to hear another reason un-related to 'inappropriate sound files'.
Nobody is really following the the battle cry concept because that is ignored away. I run a sound store and around 60% of kiai requests are dubstep related. Those which are not seem to be from more experienced players so it may be that those who are more serious about in game are the ones wanting to hear kiais of which are not music while the new players are here for fun and they enjoy hearing music before a fight.
