I don't think you can blame globalisation. Guerrilla warfare can exist in a localized situation eg in the Israel/Palestine conflict.
<Faint> the rules have been stated quite clearly 3 times now from high staff
Why bomb someone when you can give the bombs to an extremely irresponsible country that will bomb them for you.

That actually makes a lot of sense
i could see america doing this to put more media into that conflict so meanwhile in america they can pass more shit laws on us etc.

Ok, I don't want to say this but religion always leads to some form of arguments which leads to wars then into terrorism. And on topic with ISIS, we should collaborate with America to just assassinate/ capture the leader (the person doing the beheading) Sadly no matter what you look at it will always lead to the children being taught that we're 'bad' and that they should hate throughout their lives. That said, Fuck ISIS!

There is no single leader since it is an ideology rather that an actual nation. If you kill a leader of this sort of movement it often just makes the a martyr or has no effect.

The person doing the beheading is said to be the 'leader' and the main influence over them.

This is a flaw in thinking that a lot of people have.

There is a leader. We're talking about ISIS, a group with a heirarchy. We are NOT talking about Islam. We are not targeting Islam - just ISIS.

Globalisation is definitely a contributing factor. Think outside of guerrilla warfare. It brings the US and the Middle East + Arabian Peninsula together. You get the U.S. fucking the OPEC countries on lopsided oil contracts and the enmity starts from there. Additionally, because of that, you get the oil crisis of the 70s which is the exact reason that the Saudi royalty is so loaded with money to fund the death-oriented wahhabist terrorist groups like ISIS.

I never said Islam was ISIS. I said that ISIS is probably a pretty open group in terms of recruitment. If someone came to ISIS (sorry for generalising "came to ISIS", I know it probably isn't that simple) and said they wanted to help build the ISIS (as a state) I doubt they would refuse as long as they didn't expect subterfuge or disloyalty. Also, anyone (with a fucked up enough mind) could paint an ISIS flag and film themselves beheading someone for its cause regardless of hierarchy or even membership of any actual terrorist organisation.

I am sorry I was not more clear about what I was trying to say in my previous post and hope this is more informative. I can see how you mistook me saying "there is no single leader of this terrorist ideology" for me claiming that Islam was just a religion for terrorists which should be destroyed.

Thanks for reading, I might have overdone the sarcasm a bit.

Have a nice day.
