Completely agree with veb. The DRM ruins the game. It would be one thing if they sold it as a 3 use demo for about 10 bux, but only 3 uses for this price tag?!? No way in hell, man. No way in hell.

And for the record, I haven't played it yet.

There really isn't much of a game to ruin... I've seen better gameplay in browser games...

Sam: Digital Rights Management. You only get three activations per purchase. You need to activate the game to get access to the online content. (All the other player's creatures and such.) So if your pc crashes three times, you're screwed.

Aside from that, rumor has it that the software package they use for verifying this activation process, access to their servers etc. poses a serious risk to your computer's security, in that it opens up a backdoor that is quite easy to exploit by malevolent people/hackers.

You can only install it 3 times. Now, if you don't change anything on your computer and you reinstall it, that's fine, but any hardware changes will make it think it's another PC, therefore another install.

Also, SecuROM is basically a virus.

You're gonna pay 80 bucks for a game you think will be good? I mean, you're not even gonna try the creature creator demo first?

First of all, it is fifty bucks. I'm not getting the galactic edition.
Second of all, I have tried the creature creator trial, and I like it.

money is like ass, everyone does whatever they want with.
