But that's magma, which does not have a full set, which is high qi, and which is fairly overprices on market atm. I doubt if anyone would pay 15-20% off current market price. I can do 22k
Magma is also a unique and rather nice color and should some one want it they wouldn't have many options of acquiring it other than the market or potential sellers such as ourselves. So I'd say 60% of the market price at a square 30k is quite reasonable.
