I see improvement but

1) You really need to work on your freecam. Try to keep the action at a suitable distance instead of zooming in/out so often and try not to end your freecam before your replay ends

2) Disable resampling, it makes it difficult to see what's going on especially with the speed. Consider getting RSMB which is an alternative motion blur program which will make it look far smoother, but increase your render times by a lot (I suggest rendering at 30fps)

Resampling does this

3) Experiment with transitions between clips, this will give your video much more flow
I do some videos
Feel free to PM me for any video-related questions

Shader looks really ugly but i definitely see improvement so gj on that. Find a shader that connects with the song and isn't ugly on video.
Yeah Boi is my favorite anime opening

Practice

If it doesn't look good shift-k to clear all keyframes and then restart

Keep the place where you want to focus on (i.e. the hits) in the center of the screen

Make sure that the camera stays at a constant distance throughout
