I'm not sure what to say to encourage you, but yeah, keep up with it and don't let yourself slip back. (I'm useless at stuff like this, and I was left to rot in my drug days)

Congrats on quitting ^_^.

Drugs take place of a chemical in your body so your body stops producing it, when you quit your body makes you feel like crap because it wants the chemical, it takes about a week before the original stuff is produced from your liver again.

Hey man, keep at it. Drug habits are baaaaaad.
I have personally never been (physically) addicted to a drug, but I can assume pretty well what it must feel like to have to deal with the constant need of that one hit.

Congratulations on going over the influence and addiction. It takes a lot of guts to quit something like heroin, and you being able to is awesome.
