Wait 'till you play as the freakin' "Pint-Sized Slasher." In that other vault. It's fucking awesome. Just do what the little girl says, and be nice, and you'll get the best of that mission.

The most fun V.A.T.S shot you can have, is the homemade teddy bear rocket lawn-chair to the head at close range. Insta-kill!

I've been a huuuuuuuge fan of Fallout 1 and 2. I read a load of reviews about it, some 'die-hard' fans saying that Fallout 3 is s**t etc. because all they did was play the main storyline. Fallout 3 is utterly amazing if you take a step back, stop doing quests, do a little role-playing in your head (sounds wierd, but it works), and the game will become so epic. Fallout 3 is the best game this year (imho)

I wuv teh Super Sledge. It just looks so comical when you swipe it across a super mutants face, and he goes like, "Augh!" and rubs his face due to a crippled head. Another matter is that it's hella fun to blast feral ghouls away with it. You can almost pull a homerun with it :3 (For a real homerun, they should've made a Super Baseball Bat)
But what's fun is, my spiked knuckles deal significantly more damage than the Super Sledge, and even more so with the Power Fist >.>

Fallout 3. So much more to do, in Far Cry 3 you get pissed off at driving everywhere, and it gets repetative when you drive past settlements.

Two totally different games, but I enjoy Fallout 3 more. I just wish it had the depth and breadth of Fallout 2. I think Bethesda really improved since Oblivion as far as RPG-ness goes though.

Are there any side quests you can get at the Citadel?

Also, Super Mutant Behemoths are NASTY. I spent like, several hundreds of Minigun shots on bringing the bastard down, and the Brotherhood of Steel was blazing away at it too >.>
I'm just glad that it never attacked me. It would probably have been a one hit kill.

Oh yes, and heed my warning: Minigun SUCKS in VATS. A lot. You're better off doing it FPS style. It does deplete both your ammo and your enemies health pretty rapidly though. And it's condition degrades rather quickly too.
