Hi, I happen to have some level of autonomy in dealing with public rooms (am basically in charge of them).

If brazilians want a br room, you guys need to get into contact with each other, decide on a mod/motd/desc and contact me about it. I don't mind setting one up, but if it is constantly empty, I won't hesitate to remove it.

That also goes for other communities that think they might benefit from a public room. I'll review them all on an individual basis.
