How much for "Gman80's Devil Dual Hand Flames" and also "Navy Blue/Imperial Dual Hand Flames"?

I don't really have a price in mind for the Devil flames, but I'd probably ask exorbitant amount for any of my rare flames. I'll throw out 400,000 TC as a buyout price.

Navy blue dual hand flames would be 170,000 TC.

is there any settings I can change to make the flames more visible? on my screen I can barely see them compared to the image

You can either turn on shaders, or buy and equip a Flame Particle Texture of your choice.

I already have shaders on, and I don't plan to buy another flame, by any chance can I refund this? I can pay a bit extra :c
