ok... we've disided (with much urging from megadoomer) that we wil try not to accept as much low level belt people. we will under a few conditions:
you try hard and learn and play toribash maybey an 5 hours a week? not that hard
you get a sponcer.... like a blackbelt+ person in this clan that supports you and you like a apprentice to them

if you donot donot have these requirements... well kick you out of hte clan..
