I usually punch walls,or scream vulgar words.Unless other people are around or asleep,in which case I bite my hand/arm.

I just punch a wall... or go skate that seems to calm me down but punching walls are just so fun

2-I punch things such as the floor or anything hard while screaming very loudly, normally one or 2 curse words.

Nobody has really walked into my room when im punching things, so i don't know how i would react.

i usually start yelling at inanimate objects and telling that they have nothing on me
then i take a bubble bath and calm my soul

I remember now, I slam my hand in the table, and it hurts like hell. I also punch my brother if he's around, but he's older than me so he... well, he does the same to me...

hmm, I used to punch walls, but my hand got fucked up the last time (like 2 weeks ago) and it still hurts with some movements so... I just listen music or go to judo lessons (that really calms stress)

I go in to my room and get in my bed.
