yoo buy Bumpmap textures i think from the shop,that or you dont have shaders

I'm going to assume you mean how do I get the fighters in Toribash shiny?

You have to have shaders and then turn Cel-Shading on.

If you mean the letters/words on the banner/floor, I use either:

A gradient that has a quick stop in the middle to make it look shiny

OR

I use a white rectangle as a clipping mask on the text, with a (around) 50% opacity.
