Custom Build, just upgraded to a 9800GT ^^

Yep, runs shaders fullscreened at 1600 x 1200

My laptop will run shaders at about 2 fps xD but It didnt before I updated my graphics card drivers.

Shaders run fine for me, and i use Vista. plenty of fps aswell.

my cousin has windows vista and it run shaders
but i cant call it "I CAN RUN SHADERS NOW"
cause its not mine
and its lag though

It doesn't matter which OS you run,but your GFX Card power and Driver version.
Make sure you got at least 256MB and you have the latest Drivers.
