I'm suggesting we make a mouth guard 3d item. That would be cool and artist could make head textures that makes it cool like their chewing on it

I think it might have been posted already, but I couldn't understand it in the pages I searched for

What about a cigarette? I think it's a simple idea, with a (possibly) simple implementation and a lot of players would like to have one
