Yes but there is many oppurtunities where i am ingame and so is he. But he never told me he needed testing. There has been NO discussion over his ingame skill through the ingame crew.

It's not his job to ask you to test him, it's your job to ask him if he wants to be tested. If you see him ingame, and you must test him and not judge him by the replays we posted, then go to the server he is in and ask him to be tested.
It doesn't matter if there is a discussion up about him, when you see a new application, go test him no matter what.
I don't want to hear anymore on this situation, all you teams, go do your jobs like you should.
And sorry about this mcmillan, we used to be very fast before the rl problems showed up.
