You should try to do one shot, like split or decap, but with stylish moves like a 360 reverse kick or something really fast like a long opener before a great kick.
because 20 dms can't replace a great decap ;)
about blueevil I get so much fight with him, we got the same lvl on tk-like mods, generally he got 2 attack and the 3rd is improvisation, if you can block 2 attacks you can get him ;)
