Who are some other Champions that don't use mana? Like Garen. I hate having to recharge and shiz.
Also I just started and I only use Garen. But I like Tolan aswell though I've never used him.

Ezreal - AD dps w/ awesome ulti
Shen - tanky, build him well+sona healing and you don't have to worry about anything while even being focused
Twisted Fate - although he's pretty hard to play, after getting some kills it owns with AD build

If you used your abilities smartly in lane mana isn't a problem
unless you're spamming abilities to kill creeps (protip: not using abilities smartly)

My favorite champs are
Kassadin
Akali
Kennen
Jungle Trundle (He UP don't play him)
Renekton top
Jungle J4
Twisted Fate
Pantheon

I obviously play lots of solo top/mid/jungle. I hate supporting and AD carries
