eh at least this,
but announced requirements are more of a guess than precise,
I run Oblivion on a very old PC, it was all minimum, 800x600, and installed old Oblivion hack,
so I can further minimize the gfx options.

Same I ran oblivion on a 9200 radeon. Oldblivion with the lowest possible settings, still ran like shit, tons of fun though.
