Anyhow, personal whining aside that is;
this config seems easier to use:
/ = neck
8 = chest
5 = lumb
2 = abs
9 = right pec, +9 = right glute
7 = left pec, +7 = left flute
6 = right shoulder, +6 = right hip
4 = left shoulder, +4 = left hip
3 = right elbow, +3 = right knee
1 = left elbow, +1 = left elbow
del = right wrist, +del = right ankle
0 = left wrist, +0 = left ankle
Moddifier hold; *
*del = grab right hand
*0 = grab left hand
Modifier hold relax: -
(I personally would prefer a 4 step cycle.)
