The difference between having a bunch of flames and having an aura would be that the aura would actually do what it's intended to do.
Why would you buy a bunch of black joint textures if you could buy a void force for the same price

A singular flame (nor 5 flames) could never do a stable aura, tried it lots of times years ago, so no. If you think it's "possible", try it. You won't find a way to do it. The aura would recquire a massive ammount of "flames", which would cause massive lag even if each one had a few particles. That's the most negative point on adding more wearable flames.

If they have plans on making another hat I suggest a tophat and monocle and make them more solid not "swushy" That would be neat.
