What I did when I was about 12 was start eating 3 eggs with a bit of bacon on the side as soon as I woke up and involved chicken/beef with all other meals. You can also try snacking on canned tuna when you want a quick bite. The trick to getting more protein is to eat as much lean meats as you can in your normal diet. 50-125 grams a day will get you beefed up in no time.
