no cerro. in this new clan system, the president of the clan can choose what stuff can be done by a certain rank. And all ranks have a same chance to initiate a clan war. It's all depend to the president. (correct me if I was wrong)

Well probably because, the clan mods have updated the clan system, but it's still in progress, and GMs haven't updated the in-game clan system, well according to what daxter said hampa wanna realease a new version
