Yeah, by the way guys, well I've give some of you a power to recruit, don't recruit random people without asking a permission with me, and I want his app if he want to enter our clan.

And here's the deal
Forum Leaders : can change rank, but he don't has a force in-game, to start a war you've need to contact game leaders.
Game leaders : Lead wars, test applicant, can't change rank, contact him to start a war.

These ranks are made to make our clan more organize.

Well, we don't really take applicants anymore, but if we see someone that we want in here we are supposed to test them I think.

Well actually we are now more organized since we've have game leaders and forum leaders, I think it is more effective and I think killer made both of them cause he can't handle all the problem by himslef since he lives in the dorm.
