To reiterate on 2.), the process will be a whole lot quicker if you don't get an IRC client (you'll probably be denied). We recommend getting one.

Hey guys, I will be applying for Inquisition today. Some of you know me, Some of you may not. My name is Gilbert and I am 15 years old, closer to 16. I live in Miami, Florida, United States (GTM -5). I am a musician as well as a gamer of all types of games. I have played Toribash for about two years now, counting the alts I had in my previous home. I know most of the Toribash community and the ones that do know me, I have done my best to keep a healthy image of myself. I was a trial GameMaster but failed due to rushing the test while I was not yet prepared. During that period I got to meet most of the people here and had some time to talk and socialize with them.
My Clan History: Now you may be wondering, what happened to your previous clan [Obey]? Before I get to that, let me talk some about my past clan history. My first clan back about a year ago was Pheonix, I was rather new to the game and there I learned a bunch from them. Later I moved to [Obliv], later merged into [Meta]. I was there for some time, but due to internet crash for some time, I was kicked for inactivity. After that, I moved to [Origin] there I spent some months and a large portion of my Toribash career. I learned alot from great players and great friends. I later moved to Aquarious, but the clan soon started to die, and it was eventually closed. After that I moved to my previous clan, Obey. In Obey I had great experiences, my skill improved tremendously, became more forum active, met amazing people and much more. The problem arose much later. A while back I started noticing the atmosphere was not the one it once was. Not the same activity, dedication, maturity pherhaps? The problems overlapped each other and I found myself out of place, and so I have come to find one with you guys.
My in-game activity: I am currently not the most active player in-game. I was once probably one of the most active in-game players of the game, but my interest in-game has died off over time and it is not a casual part of my routine. I mostly play with Creati0n and Goughy now whatever game comes up to mind and we have it, Smite, MW2, Unturned, you name it. I have a great time playing with them and that same joy and fun is what I'm looking for with you guys. I am open to play any game and I will most likely like it. My in-game activity in Toribash is not the best right now, although I can change that if I am required to.
My Forum Activity: This isn't my strongest side since I recently became forum active. I don't usually post in threads outside of the clan threads. Any other place I would post once in a while would be in Toriprime. Since I do not have much to say about my forum activity, I will also include my infraction side here. For the 2 years I have been playing this game I have only managed to get 2 infractions + one warning. As you may be able to see, two of them are useless posting and one is ignoring rules. I am not the best with the forums, so my mistakes will cone from there. Neither of my two infractions are for being rude or anything like it, it's just that forums are somewhat still new to me although I have almost 800 posts. I never paid much attention to the forum rules until those two infractions woke me up. That is about it for infractions.
This is the conclusion of my application, now is one of the most important questions. Why Inquisition? Very easy question to answer, its members. There isn't a single person in this clan I dislike, and even if I don't know you, I can base my opinion on the members I already know. This is about everything I can think of covering at the moment. You may want to ask more questions about me or want to get to know be better, I do have an IRC client, and I will make sure to be in it as much as possible, if I do not answer, I may be sleeping or in class, but I'll answer back sooner or later.
