You must be really excited for that huh Souk. It'll be your last summer vacation too won't it? Or are you planning on beating me to college?

Ambro I would give you a list of what I'm watching but it's be far too long. I'll just say I've seen every anime you're currently watching (aside from DBZ, Naruto and Death Note, for some reason I can't get into DN, but I will one day watch all of it. As for DBZ and Naruto they're too repetitious for me, as is Bleach and most animes within that category, though I love One Piece and Fairy Tail.) and don't dis Rosario Vampire, that was a decent anime. Though Toradora! will always be my Number 1. I can't really think of any good suggestions for an anime that you should watch except for Bungou Stray Dogs (Currently updating), Hai to Gensou no Grimgar, (finished) and Boku Dake ga Inai Machi (finished). Those three are all fairly good, especially that last one.

Though if you're ever looking for something a bit more comical / romantically light-hearted (I know it's not a word but it seemed to fit the sentence best, so don't doubt my affinity for grammar) then ask me, that's my area of expertise. Oh, and welcome to the clan.

i like Rosario but i get a little bored bc all the episodes follow a certain path of here's a new enemy, here's a fight, and the end. but i do like it.. the action scenes are good for the most part and who doesn't like a little bit of fan service with comically huge boobs

i never used to be into anime much either but i really am a sucker for good action i also like Sword Art Online which has great amazing action sequences. They have a second one on netlfix I have yet to check out but most certainly will. And death note really opened my eyes as to what there was offered. death note really blew my hair back with its cerebral story telling and twisted plot and i re-watch the series on a regular basis. its great too bc there's only 1 season which makes it a short sweet and intense ride.

and yes!! i have 16 days left this semester and cant wait to be done. Plus, next semester i'll be graduating college so getting a nice job and making dat paper will be great.

one of my dreams is the travel to japan and just get ingrained in the culture there. I love the history of Japanese culture and i'm fascinated with samurai. Just imagine living and dying by the sword and being a very well supported iron fist of a lord. Crazy to consider times used to be like that. Speaking of, if anyone can recommend a samurai anime id love to know!

i agree that Naruto and DBZ are repetitive but its style over substance. i will write those suggestions down and totally will watch them!

What's up Moat, most of us are doing great. And yea I'm stuck with a cough as well. I don't know what's going around but it seems like everyone is getting it.

Ambro I watch everything in subtitles, so if you watch it in dub (which I think you do if you use Netflix, though I'm not 100% certain on that) you may not like subbed. But if you don't mind subbed then here is an amazing website with almost every anime in the world ever made in it. I only use this sight for when I watch anime.

I loooove anime!!!! I have watched Dragon Ball Z, Death note (finishing it now), One Punch man, Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online I, Sword Art Online II, Afro Samuri, Deadmans wonderland, Seven Deadly Sins and am currently watching Fullmetal Alchemist. (Probably missed a few animes out since I am recalling them from my rubbish cmemory.)

btw I use Ryuanime.io for my anime. They have a massive amount of it in both subbed and dubbed, though you might want to get adblocker for it.

kissanime has plenty of ads but their all the ones that you have to click, nothing actually pops up and the streaming is great, they have all of the newer animes in 1080p too so watching One Piece is marvelous. Especially since I'm always hooked up to a flat screen TV. :3

I don't think I've seen Afro Samurai, though I do know of it. Nanatsu no Taizai was a good anime but I like the manga more, (Seven Deadly Sins in English) Deadmans wonderland was pretty good too, though I wish they would've continued on with it instead of only 1 season. Are you Watching the original FMA or are you watching Brotherhood?

Riot- Thanks! I took it from the first edition Jolteon pokemon card! figured it was the perfect use for it

As for the subs and dubs, it depends for me really. Some shows are voiced very poorly in dub (like SAO and AOT imo) so i usually check both to see what i like better. Some shows like Naruto and Death Note are better in dub than sub for me. And when i get a little tired and don't always watch the screen, subs kinda get annoying. As for websites, i use animehaven.org for all my streaming. They also offer subs and dubs. Great quality and i do not think there are ads at all in videos (could be wrong bc i've always used an ad blocker)

i myself am feeling perfectly healthy! I never get sick and if i do it's only for a day or two at most. :P hehehe

Xyla- I LOVE FMA, i've watched both brotherhood and the original and loved both. Probably have to give the edge to brotherhood however since it does follow the actual manga, but only the slight edge. and PLEASE let me know how much the ending in Death Note blew your mind. The last 3 episodes are so hyped its amazing and thrilling to see the main character's descent into madness. really really into it

HaHa- my ancestors are from ireland! o'kane is the family name

ive also been interested in watching seven deadly sins it seems cool and the animation is pleasant

ps. did anyone catch any of the warriors game last night? guess they don't need Curry to destroy people they scored 37 points in the first quarter! and won like 115-81 or something like that

Ive heard of a lot of different people with that name :-)... Just found out I have a really distant cousin with that name, don't know any first names yet. Just that second name
