How old are you?
If you're just starting on moles, if you just remember
moles = mass/molecular mass (n = m/Mr), a good mnemonic for this is 'Mass equals mister mole', as m = Mr*n
moles = concentration*volume (for solutions) (n = cv)
moles = volume/24[dm^3] <- Sometimes this is in cm^3, in which case you need to multiply by a thousand. (n = V/24[dm^3])
They usually don't ask about it much, but Avagadro's constant is 6.02*10^23
