It's been a long time so I don't remember all the Requirements to be Offical But If you do apply for it I wish the clan luck for it!

Another thing, did you ever ask a Clan Mod what you could have improved? That is very handy before reapplying. I gives you a goal so if you ask nicely, I bet they would oblige.

i agree, that would be good, theres no reason in trying to fix something that doesn't need fixing because you didnt know you what you needed to fix.

Yes, but.. not all members are online at the same time to do something like that, that's something i don't like really :/ (and well, as i said before, i don't go multiplayer anymore, or at least, not till i get a new pc) i'd love to bet, really, but as i said, i can't :<
