Well that's kind of something that needs to be discussed among the leaders, recruit to junior is one thing, but junior to elite is a much bigger jump. I suppose you (or anyone) could post an app requesting a promotion, stating why you feel you deserve a promotion and me and dill (and mobi if he gets back from AWOL status again...) can review it, then make a decision.

Everyone I'd say. But please use discretion in deciding whether or not to put up an app. If you know you don't have much chance of getting a promotion, then please don't put me or dill or mobi in the difficult position of telling you "no" (that's a message to everybody, not just you roc). Please bring strong evidence to the table when you make an app. (remember, 6 consecutive months of active clan membership is also grounds for promotion)
