Greeks have thicker hair than most, and also do tend to grow a lot of hair, but that's only because they migrated to greece from the north sometime before recorded history. However, since greece is a hot region, a lot of greeks don't actually grow large amounts of facial/body hair. And on top of that, facial hair in general doesn't run on my mom's side very prominently.
I'm also mexican (with an incredibly more spanish appearance, so you would think hairy) but I'm not. I do have a lot of leg and pubic hair though, just not much chest or facial hair.
