you dont have the head activated. go into the set and activate it and you should see it

Is it a texture set or it goes like 3d set which won't stack with 3d sets, mean activate 3d samurai and 5.0 tori for example

however, you still can use 3Ds attached to joints - separate items or sets, such as stone relax or diamond tori joints.
