Sup. I don't know any of you, but I saw this and thought I could advise you (I'm in year 12 and I've experienced all this).

Enjoy your school life in years 7-9, they don't count for anything. At all. Year 10 and 11 still aren't too bad at all, all it comes down to is leaning a few facts from a really thin book for each exam.

Year 12 and 13 do matter; they will have a direct effect on your future life. Before then, you should still make an effort and discover which subjects you are best at, but in all honesty, all years before 12 really don't matter. Universities look at A-level grades, not GCSEs.
