What a shame i dont know this manga ,but well their are over 60000 mangas i cant know all of them ,even as a Otaku ^^'

Well it has an anime too. The anime is spot on with the manga except the manga has a little (like 20 more seconds of it elaborating it's awesome ending) more on the last episode.

yeah i saw the Anime part, like i saw their was also a Anime produced based on this manga series.

I doubt it. I have read/seen animes/mangas that are even sicker than this one. Looks like it's inspired from death note. For some reason, it feels very similar. Doesn't mean that it's bad, though. Spent 2 nights reading the manga T_T'

I already said its about deus ex machina system, cuz u can call the Death Note Owners:Misa,Kira and the Shinigamis as a way of Deus Ex Machina.
And the Way Yuno works in Miraii Nikki seems pretty similiar to the system of a Death Note Owner...

In that case Elfenlied actually dont counts to this category, since the Dicloniius, are nothing like a god, but a unhuman or super human species.
They also dont kill people in order of a higher power, they kill them mostly for their own hate to the human race.

Actually, if someone acts in order of a god ,the person is not crazy, its more the opposite cuz the person follows a structured plan.Except if the person starts to abuse his power like Kira in Death Note.
But as i read about Miraii Nikki Yuno acts in order of the Deus Ex Machina, but besides that shes a Stalker, so u can call her kinda crazy.But compared to Kira and Lucy(Nyu) i think shes not that Crazy.
I think Kira would be the most Crazy, cuz he act in awareness of what hes doing,and Lucy acts out of her own hate, so personally i think Kira would be the most crazy guy, cuz he even kills his old friend L.
But u cant say actually that he gets crazy of the power of the Death Note.Cuz he stays as a perfect strategic person, so he cant be so much crazy.
So the last one is Lucy, she switches all time between his real mentaly person and Nyu cuz of the splitted personality, which happened, when one of the soldiers on the island base, hitted lightly her head with a shot.As Diclonii she is lead by her hate, but otherwase she dont harms the dog and seems to have feelings to Kota even as Lucy. So she also cant be so crazy.
In Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni the girls are possesed by a grudge.

The question now is actually, what define people as crazy?

Personally i think of all characters.
Kira is the most crazy guy, cuz he dont spares people, even when they are related to him, everyone who crosses his plans is a possible enemy for him.
He does everything in full control of his actions and full awareness.
For me this is the most crazy thing and crazy personality of all other possibilities of definitions for crazyniess.

Yuno is pretty much like the Kira. Though, she uses her powers just for her own good(I don't wanna spoil it too much...), unlike Kira.
As much as I remember, he wanted to make the world better by killing all the bad people. He was so devoted to his "job" that he even was ok with killing people he knew and even making himself not able to go to heaven/whatever after his death.
And now here's the Yuno who is "in love" with Yukki. Actually, I wouldn't call this releationship "love", since Yuno practically doesn't care about how Yukki feels, unless that makes him change his feelings towards her. It's hard to explain... it's as if you are obsessed with a person and would even harm him/her driven by this "love". More like jealousy. Which is not logical at all. Imo.
Just watch/read the anime/manga till the and you'll understand.
