I did not make this thread; I only help with upkeep. But since this has somehow taken to people personally arguing about geographical categorisation, I'll try providing some reasoning.
Some countries are listed on their own, while other regions are grouped as a collective "continent." I would say this is due to player-base frequency and convenience. e.g., there aren't that many players (who have at least listed themselves) from Australia, New Zealand, and the islands. It's just easier to both upkeep and visually get an idea of where players are having them grouped into "Oceania.".
If someone would like to adjust a category by splitting it into its constituent countries, you'd have to either scrutinise this thread or reach out to the users and receive a response. Too much work for not that big of an outcome.
The purpose of this thread is to give people a general idea of where some activity or traffic is coming from in this game right now. Not to give the precise location of what country someone is currently based in. You can see that via game flags in-game.

Honestly brazilians are crazy enough where they'd provide an even more complete list specifically on brazilian players if challenged to, I wouldn't mess with them, so having the chance to do that is nice to know.
