After the game, it's interesting in theory, but the cd is much too high for it to be useful. Over 200 seconds for either a 35% as boost or a scaling AP boost. Much better spells to use.

Best game i've ever had. The other team were fighting amoungst themselves most of the time.

So I tried fizz. Fun guy, but he definitely is going to get hit with some nerfs. It's similar to akali where you can instantly tell a great fizz from a good/bad fizz, as if you play him terribly you'll get raped in a heartbeat, but if played right he's IMPOSSIBLE to kill almost.

You play almost every ap carry the same way. For brand it's full dmg stuff, the core for him is rabadon and rylai and the rest can be switched out.
