Meaning that 16h00 GMT is 11h00 -5 GMT for me?

I just need some clarification for setting up teams

are we making 1 team of three people for each mod?
-team of 3 for tk
-team of 3 for aikido
-team of 3 for wushu

Or are we making as many teams of 3 as we can and distributing them between the mods as equally as possible?

I ask because the first case means 9 people from each clan will be fighting, and if there are 12 people who want to be in the clan war then 3 are going to have to be benchwarmers.
