I need a better edittor anyway. I generally use window live movie maker, which is free and easy to use. I tried sony vegas but it was complicated and didn't work the way I wanted it to.
for the video editor, i use Pinncale Studio 14. Simple but cool. And i don't like sony vegas too.

I use sony vegas and I love it. As for the hd videos you can record whatever you want, imagine its size is around 2 gb. In sony vegas you can save it as wmv hd 1280x720 pixels and the final size decreases a lot(editing some options ofc ^^), you lose a bit of quality but the final size can be 15-30 mb per minute.
