But if you want to try it yourself, go with GIMP or photoshop. The simple one is GIMP. Good Luck

depends what u're used to man, i find photoshop easier

The group exists in skype but is very inactive, no one writes there.

As for the program Gimp is easier for non advanced users, has a simple gui and its easy to get started with. Photoshop can look harder the first time you use it, compared to gimp.
