Cool sig or avvy cant guarantee you for being a leader (In fact, it guarantee you nothing)

Posts, forum activity outside of the clan, or being known by some famous people are not gonna win you a leader position. Respect, activeness, maturity, forum behaviour, self-control, possible experience for being a mod, and trust from the others as one who can responsible holding mod power is what you guys need.

More people hate you inside the clan, and more spam in the history, the least your chance to become a leader.
