Don't worry, I don't have any muscles. I have an average body.
And, I don't do all of the reps in 1 session.
I do it in 2 sessions daily. ( I only lift weights because I can't do fade aways in basketball
)And btw, I need a logical answer. Not something like, "Give it to meh or I will jump of the 2nd floor head first."
Also, once I can do fade aways, I will stop. I'm only doing a lot because intramurals is next week ^^

We can ask opinion about games or just discuss about latest games, Question and Answers, or probably some cool screenie of the games.

Minecraft and any other game besides COD is good in my book. And the "REALLY EPIC" screenshots likes the really rare or awesome things should go on the beginning of the screenie
