I dont think we should recruit at this point because that would just make a lot more unwanted threads and we would be worse off seeing we cant control who puts on the tag currently. If we get too much publicity without control then whitebelts will start recruiting and all of that energy is wasted.

Im not pesimistic, just trying to stay stable until things get cleared up.
