GMT -5 would be 8-12, yes. Subtract the appropriate amount of hours for each GMT - further than -5.

Not very serious. You should be a bit more serious when applying to a clan.

You have decent credentials though.

I'd say no for now. Remake your app and show us you really want to join Zone, and I may say yes.
