That's the thing, Deridor. If I draw 'artistic-like', it takes time. If u look past pages u will see that whenever there is a image that was done like painting and it was time consuming to make that pic, there is always a 'sketchy' lower quality image on the same page. If I have to draw close to reality then it affect the storytelling in a way that I prolong some parts cause I draw less images on the same page. Looking from beginning to now, pages went through all kind of style changes, watercolor and pencil, oil painting, pastel, black & white inking, smudged pencil, etc... I tried everything experimenting to see how much some art materials and styles affect the time of making those images and pages. So, far, flat-point ink pen and the watercolors are fastest. Also, I like them. :}
