I'll join, but in an instance that I can't fight, I'm fine with letting someone take my place. I can't guarantee I'll be online when I'm needed for a fight.

I'm usually online from 2200 to 0200, give or take. (American Eastern Time) But that 0200 may become 0000 or even 2330 depending on how my parents feel.

And I'd say that we should probably get recruiting a little more, such as people going into public servers advertising the clan there, and saying on our server that we are looking for recruits.

What do you mean by "less strict"? You mean let people who don't know how to play? You want make u clan bigger, but i think quantity over quality it's not a good thing.
But i have an idea:
if you guys testing someone, and you see potential in him, but for now he isn't too good, you can him in for a test time. For example he will be member for one month, after that time if you see that he is better than month ago, he stays, if he play on the same level he get out.

For now when someone was not good, you say no to him, and that he can go back when he get's better. Do you think he will go back after you kicked him? I think he will search for another clan.

What do you think about that?

Everytime I change the mod in the iCU server I always put "(Recruiting!)" at the end of the server name. Plus, we've had members tried out, but they were either rulebreakers, beggers of just not good enough. The key for this is time and patience. However, everyone member in iCU has the right to invite people to come see me, Kanden or Shakky for a test. (Obviously, they'd have to sign up first.)
