people are dumb, you can only *make* 4x what you place down on a bet

person a bets 500 tc
person b bets 100 tc

person a loses bet
person b wins 500tc

money that went in =500+100=600

money that left = 500

100 tc was therefore lost to the sink

and person b has 400 more tc than he started with
