Uuuhh...that was...unique. For the future, try and focus on your run,it was incredibly stiff, try not to extend your knee, if you think you're going to over shoot it, use shift+space bar to go one frame at a time, that way you can control the run easier. Regarding the wall, going up a 90 degree slope on your first parkour attempt is not recommended. Try a simpler map, and focus on fluidity. To work around fluidity, try sparring. But overall, for your first attempt ever, that's not to bad. I would leave a few examples, but I need permission to post replays here.
