I have been hearing this question alot lately, so I'm here to sort out some confusion.

There are many deciding factors to if we choose to give you a promotion:
1. Do you espouse the 'ICOF attitude' at all times? Meaning you treat others with respect, don't complain if something dosen't go your way, and accept your losses gracefully(look at them as a learning experience). BELT DOES NOT MATTER!

2. Are you active? This dosen't only mean playing the game or checking the forums, we are looking to be a very active clan all over Toribash. Many of our members are artists, mod makers, or own shops(and we're all pretty damned good if I do say so myself.)

3. What are the current positions needed? ICOF's rank system is loosly based on that of the U.S. Army, meaning there are a certain number of leaders(officers), and many many more soldiers(Junior ranks) for them to command. The NCO's(Non-comissioned officers) are the in-betweens. The whole system falls apart if we have 5 Captains, 2 Majors, 6 CSM's and only 1 Private. Patience young grasshoppers..

4. Time. Believe it or not, I actually do have a life from time to time. I work and raise 3 kids and I can't be on here every day looking at who needs to rank up next. With General Pikarus being gone my work has doubled because he is not here to help me, so.. just chill.
