Because of the team leadership changes, I highly recommend that we re-start any current applicants recruitment process.

I apologize if this extends the time beyond what you were expecting (applicants) but it would be a better way to balance the teams and have an un-contested decision.

What I mean by that is; If the current applicant was denied, there may be a legitimate claim to the switching of teams interfering with the process. If they were passed, some members in the clan may see it as someone "slipping through the cracks". Neither option is appealing to me, which is why I am suggesting each team goes over the applicant again.

All denied applicatants have been denied by the BG check so there is no use in retrying them.

Only current applicant is chaco, so all is good.
BG check is still with it's decision, chaco passes the BG check.
