Also I recommend that even the one who gets the 1 month leadership should enforce this rule in my opinion if Grayve approves it.

Let me use a TB example.
If a mod (meaning forum mod there) does an unforgivable thing he gets infracted/banned.
And what Grayve is asking for really isn't that hard.
If you can't beat your spamming habit, you can get infracted by him.
Lets use an other example.
A guy makes a set request. And he says he does not want pre-made sets.
Anyone who posts a pre-made set will be reported.
If someone posts a pre-made set, he will get banned, because he couldn't follow a simple rule, which was not to post pre-made sets.
Now, if you can't follow Grayve's rule which is not to spam, then with the same principle as in the last example, you can get infracted.
If you disagree, you must provide an acceptable answer, because your last one was not one of those.

Yes, but a person with a higher rank or higher power demotes/bans/imprisions them.
Either that or there is a vote amongst lower ranks to demote/ban/imprision the person.
