Christmas Lottery
Ok, so now this thread has turn into a " OMG your doing weed?!!! Holy fucking shit-face, what the fuck is wrong with you?!" vs. "Dude weed is so fucking amazing," arguement instead of helping this kid getting past something dramatic in his life. The main point of this thread is to help the kid. I believe I was the only one to provide any logical information to help him! So stop fucking arguing or telling him to do weed himself, and give him some information to help him make his own choice on what to do!
God, I really DON'T FUCKING WANT a friend like you in my life.
Seriously, going on a game forum and talking that your friend does weed and "omg my parents told me its bad!11" doesn't make you a good friend.
If you don't like what he's doing-fuck off, and fint different friend.
Maybe some pussy nerds...GL in being a "omg my friend is bad!11" man.

Because mocking and ridiculing someone who's trying to help a friend makes you such a great person, right? And if you look at the threads (especially the ones in Discussion), you'll see that it's not strictly a game forum.

That's like coming to a gang and trying to make them good.
Seriously, find another friend if you don't like weed.
Well, call me oblivious if you wish, but I didn't realize that the TB forum has such a large pothead population before reading this thread, either, so I can't blame him for that. Also, if you had a very good friend who happens to have a drug problem, what would you do? Leave them? That sounds like betrayal to me. I, for one, would definitely try to help them. That's just my personal approach to the matter, though, so feel free to disagree.

Ok, i'll be the only one to give real advice.

If you want your friend to stop with his "drug abuse", tell someone you can both trust (not like a police officer) like another friend or family. If other friends don't bust down on him, his parents will. Even better, bust down on him yourself. If it makes you worry enough, make an example of him.

Actually, telling his family might have dire consequences, which in turn might spark distrust, even hatred (i.e. "you ratted me out, you traitor")... On the other hand, seeking the help of mutual friends or confronting him about it yourself might work.

Using your logic;
Hey hey! Jumping from buildings is harmful! Sure it's not addictive, if you do it once you're unlikely to do it again if you survive, but it's damned harmful! You know what? We should demolish all of the high buildings we have, just because they're potentially harmful, even though no one will feel the urge to keep jumping off of buildings continually!

By the way, let me reverse your argument on you; if cannabis is so unhealthy, give me some sources, saying it's unhealthy because it's illegal and that it's illegal because it's unhealthy is a logical fallacy.

tl;dr: deprived is spergin'
Yea. Weed is addicting mentally, but mot physically. There is nothing in weed that can get you addicted, like nicotine or things like that. You get addicted to the feeling of getting high, not to the drug. Tell me you've never wondered about getting high, or drunk with some friends. I'm sure everyone has. No matter what people say, weed is still a drug, that you can get addicted to, and it puts 4x more tar then a cigarette in your lungs. But then again you can get addicted to anything, like Toribash, ice-cream, sex, etc. Everything has a consequence.
