i think he did file a report, and was successful in doing that, as me and sampandora was already talking about the deal of the acccount swap before you sent the 75k, you are wrong gabiel, you can offer on any items on sale in this thread, thats how its kinda an auction, to see who has the best offer, like you offered 75k for the account, and sent it before sam even said the answer to me or you, so i think gabiel shouldent have the account...

I'm not saing i am, its just you came in here, said you would send the 75k, and before sam even knew it, you sent the tc, then OFFERED to let him withdraw, he did, around say 5 minutes after, then you starting going on one sending the tc back saying that you wanted the account, when he pretty much said no when he sent the tc back, then he said yes to me after he had sent the tc back, so really, i should have the account, you offered to let him withdraw, so he did, you just cant take it that you offered, he did, then you took it back :@
